Achoo! Allergies getting to you?

Anyone with allergies that are acting up?  I love Spring in Atlanta and I love seeing everything in bloom but it is reeking havoc on my allergies.  Well this weekend is gonna be a killer- we’ve got tons of festivals and events all over the city and 70 degree-days all weekend long.  So I guess it will be a good idea to take an antihistamine.

See this little guy?  Guess his allergies are getting to him as well.  I love how he startles his mom.  Too funny.

Why is it every time I speak to the ‘Area Manager’ she treats me like I am a 5 year old. She has been condescending to me on more than one occasion.

  3. thpadmgmt says:

Great googly moogly we never meant to condescend anyone!!! Our Area Manager is Nelda and she’s kind of a pretty serious person- so sometimes she may come off as a little “crisp”- but never intentionally! She’s really sweet -kind to children, puppies and the elderly alike- and would never want to hurt a residents feelings. Please stop by and visit us and get to know us…we think you’ll really like us if you do.

    Great googly moogly?!! REALLY?

Why is it that there is still a leaking faucet on the outside of building one after being reported over 3 weeks ago? You preach water conservation to the tenants, but allow this leak to go own for weeks. As a tenant who splits the water bill with every other tenant, I would think that not only should the management make this repair a high priority, but all the tenants should be aware of how long this leak has been causing our water bill to rise!!

I guess the management doesn’t have to pay the water bill here, so they just don’t care. I would think at least the ones who live here would, or perhaps they don’t pay towards the water bill either.

Hey there, yes we have a maintenance order for it but we have been slammed with A/C calls and we haven’t been able to get to it. We realize that with tenants splitting the water bill, that all leaks need to be handled as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, with the heat wave, we have had more maintenance requests than normal and we’ve had to prioritize accordingly and the A/C issues had to come first. We are hoping to have it sorted out soon.
You raise an excellent point, all tenants need to report leaks (large and small/ indoor and out) as soon as they see them. If we work together, we can conserve water and limit waste. Moreover, as these hot temperatures continue we can try and stave off water usage restrictions as long as possible. The maintenance number is #888-318-6977
